My Netflix faves this coming June 2021!

So excited for the upcoming Netflix shows next month! I’ve been so stoked on the previews that went up this past few weeks, they are all so promising and for sure all geeks and anime fans (esp. #Batang90s) are also excited for this feature, so here it goes!

Sailor Moon Eternal (Part 1 and 2) – June 3

Rejoice to all Moonies! Here is our answered prayer!

The 2-part Sailor Moon Eternal movie were being shown exclusively in Japan last January (part 1) and February (Part 2) this year and we could only wish that it’ll be shown worldwide via Netflix, and it’s finally happening!

The Sailor Moon Eternal 2-part movie series will be focused on the Dead Moon story arc of the manga and 90s anime series. Love the new and crisp animation based on the trailers released from Netflix weeks ago.

SME will be available on streaming worldwide via Netflix starting June 3.

Jujutsu Kaisen – June 3

I’ve been hearing good reviews on Jujutsu Kaisen because of the story that focuses on sorcery occultism and controlling curses, something that I am curious about, and for that I’ll be adding this to my list of animes that I’ll be watching next month.

The series is currently streaming on Crunchyroll, but yay for making it available on Netflix as well! Streaming will start on June 3!

Trese – June 11

Based on the bestselling comic book series by Bujette Tan and Kajo Baldisimo, the story revolves around Alexandra Trese, who battles different supernatural creatures on mysterious cases around the metro.

I am happy that the stories from our talented artists are now adapted into an animated series that proved to be promising, so check out the trailer below:

Trese will be Coming out on Netflix this June 11.

Rurouni Kenshin: The Final – June 18

As a fan of the anime and the movie series, I am looking forward to watch this online! The story follows the last arc of the series (Jinchu arc) where the brother of Kenshin Himura’s former fiancé takes revenge over the death of her sister.

Rurouni Kenshin: The Final will be streaming on Netflix this coming June 18.
