What’s on my mind since yesterday (Apr 24)

This is me while ‘m dining out my a friend of mine while she’s ranting about her situation with our common friend. (…until what happened. friendship’s over between them, so sad! T_T)

Always have a heart to listen and hear the truth, and never let your anger cloud your thoughts.

Be careful in trusting people; The Devil was once an angel.

Focus on the good. (always!)

Don’t be one sided. Don’t satisfy on what you only know. Do your research and learn everything.Don’t let other people hurt you. (in all forms!)

If plan A doesn’t work out, always have a back-up plan.

If things are getting uncomfortable, don’t ignore. Just get out.

Don’t be afraid to air out your opinions to the people involved, even if it means getting them hurt.

And if they are mad at you by not accepting their faults, then it’s THEIR problem after all.

Stay strong. Be strong.

Find other ways to get rid of negative vibes.

Stay positive. (but NOT on HIV/AIDS test and/or on a pregnancy test, not until you’re ready. *applicable to girls lol!)

It’s never wrong to be brutally honest than to be a sweet-talking liar.

Accept your mistakes.Be true to yourself and always change for the better.

Forgive.

Let go of the hurt and move on.

And lastly, Trust in Lord. Always.

Constant reminder

*Tata, don’t get married yet you’re still young! Fr. your Auntie Del

Posting this to remind me that I there’s still time for me to explore the world and keep on keep on doing the things that makes me happy (and not to rush myself on marrying someone lol!)

This tape on my forehead is from my Tita Del who simply wants us to do the things that we love, for she knows that I’ve been deprived on one years ago (it’s a long story) and now that we’ve graduated and had our day jobs, she always remind me to save up and study again, and to take up my dream course ever since.

In other words, she still believes in me and my talent. And I want to thank her for that.

*This wacky picture is brought to you by my old and broken Sony Ericsson phone that I truly miss so much, better get an Experia before the year ends! And yeah, the tape on my forehead’s from the package that we got from her, love you Tita and thanks! <3

Diary of a newbie zombie: the Outbreak aftermath

*Insert music background by clicking on this Youtube video here 😛 (paki-loop nalang para matagal hihihi!)

I’m happy that I was one of the chosen humans from Little Running Teacher‘s Facebook page to be one of the dreaded zombies on the loose at the recently concluded Outbreak Manila 2013.  Me and my fellow zombiefied humans were given the chance to chase the runners away and scare the hell out of them, talk about payback time! >:3
As I said to Teacher Cheryl (Little Running Teacher admin), I’ll be this “cute-but-creepy” zombie on the said event. Pero sumobra ang pagka-creepy, kahit ako natakot ako sa sarili ko YIKES! O_o
I was supposed to arrived earlier than usual but I still have work on saturdays >_< I arrived at almost 7pm and the talented make-up artists from Make-up Design Academy amazingly did their job in transforming us from our boring selves into a happy living dead! (lol ang labo lang hihihi!)
Before…

During…
 After! T___T

The Zombie rules are simple: get as many life flags attached to their bodies and scare them like crazy. Before our shift  started, me and my fellow zombies lined up at the starting area to warm up and get ready.

And boy it was fun!

Chasing humans during the race sure is fun! all of us zombies had our own celebrity moments (photo ops with runners and spectators) and pampering moments as well (we were given food and drinks, yes to human food!). It’s also fun to see runner’s reactions while they were in front of us! Ung iba umiiyak and nagmamakaawa na wag silang takutin, while some of them were really scared on our looks, even though hindi namin sila tinatakot. 😛

There are also some moments where some of the runners get injured in front of us. Hindi maiwasan na magkaroon ng tulakan during the race itself in order to avoid us. As much as we want to help them, they shun away, thinking that I might get their life flags attached on them.

Our zombie duty lasted for 5hrs and I had to admit that it’s really tiring, pero super saya! And as our reward for hard work, we were given certificates for a job well done. (naks!)

I’m really grateful for this experience so far. I made friends from fellow “humanoid zombies”, being “beautified” by the talented Make-up artist, chase people and had fun. Will definitely come back again at the next Outbreak, can’t wait! 😀

Wazzup dear blog!

Wazzup dear blog! I havent been blogging lately!

(And yes I haz a new watch!)

I’ve too much concerns in my head that made me feel like i’m a goldfish trapped in an aquarium, so stagnant, lonely even if there’s too much around me. My work has been a mess (blame it on my 6-day office work, gah I need a decent 5-day mon-fri job!) and my sundays consists of church and sideline activities (no more laundry days and other extracurriculars).

I had too much stuff in head that I wanna write in this blog, like my recent achievements here in the office, impromptu dates with my girlfriends and anything that makes me speak my mind (blame it on this silly brain of mine teehee! ^_^). And yeah those number of draft post that I needed to post (overdue post is overdue).

In other words, I need to relax, loosen up and unwind. I’ve been too stiff and stressed out lately… 🙁

Bakasyon kailan ka darating? I need you… 😛

Zombies on the loose on Outbreak 2013!

Brace yourselves! The zombie hoard is coming at the biggest (and creepiest) night run yet on April 13, 2013 at the Bonifacio Global City. >:3
